The World Book Fair will be organised from 10 to 18 February in Hall No. 1 to 5 of Pragati Maidan, Delhi. It will be open for book lovers from 11 am to 8 pm. Readers will be able to reach the book fair from gates 4, 6 and 10 of Pragati Maidan
This year, the world’s largest book fair will highlight the National Education Policy 2020’s emphasis on enhancing children’s language skills. This will be achieved by concentrating on the advancement of ‘listening, speaking, writing, and reading.’
Last time this fair was organised from 25 February to 5 March. The World Book Fair is organized every year and has a different theme every year. This time the theme of the fair has been kept as ‘Multilingual India is a living tradition’. Through which the cultural richness and linguistic diversity of India will be shown this time.

This year India has invited the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as the guest of honour.
This time the guest country of the book fair is Saudi Arabia. Also, many other countries including United Kingdom, France, Spain, Turkey, Italy, Russia, Taiwan, Iran, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal are participating in this book fair. Cultural programs will also be held at the New Delhi World Book Fair. This includes drama, folk performance, music, and band performance.
Tickets will be available at the metro station
Its nearest metro station is Supreme Court, from where shuttle service will be available from Pragati Maidan Gate 10. For the convenience of the readers, Dilshad Garden, Rithala, GTB Nagar, Vishwavidyalaya, Kashmiri Gate, Rajiv Chowk, Noida Sector-52, Noida City Centre, Botanical Garden, Vaishali, Indraprastha, Supreme Court, Mandi House, Kirti Nagar, Dwarka, Munirka, Ticket counters have been made at total 20 metro stations like ITO, INA, Hauz Khas.
